Mbale federation of communities supports quality, inclusive and formal basic education of children as manifested in education program in Primary Schools and Communities. We support schools with assessment materials, encourage children’s learning through debate and quiz competitions, provision of infrastructure facilities (construction of pit latrines, classroom block and classroom desks), establish and equip sanitary facilities and scholastic materials for tears and pupils which aims at creating a safe learning environment.

In partnership with different stakeholders, we organize performance planning meetings with different district technical staff and head teachers for primary schools, facilitate school inspection and dissemination of inspection reports to different stakeholders, train teachers in development of assessment materials, safe schools and establish counseling desks in schools that fosters quality and inclusive learning for all children

Parent – children community dialogue sessions are organized to create awareness among parents and children on the rights of children, value of education, participatory school governance and positive parenting. All the above strong components for quality, inclusive and alternative education that transform society, build people’s intellectual and ideological principles that inculcate positive morals and cultural values that contribute to Quality education (SDG4) as Global goals for sustainable development
